2013~2016年连续4年的中央一号文件均聚焦＂农业现代化＂。增加农业投入与扩大农业规模是建设现代化农业、强化农业基础的迫切需要。资金积累是扩大农业生产规模的重要源泉。但在特定条件下,没有资金积累也能扩大农业生产规模。这是因为劳动积累也是实现农业扩大再生产的重要条件。马克思在《资本论》中从各个侧面,剖析农业扩大再生产与积累之间的多维关系,值得深入研究,并应用于实践。

Four years＇ ＂No 1 Central Document＂ of 2013-2016 focused on agricultural modernization.Increase agricultural investment and expand the scale of agriculture are the urgent need of modernagriculture construction and strengthening agricultural foundation. The accumulation of funds is theimportant source of expanding the scale of agricultural production. But under certain conditions, noaccumulation of funds also can expand the scale of agricultural production. This is because laboraccumulation is an important condition for implementation expanded reproduction of agriculture. In Das Kapital Marx analyzed agricultural expansion of the multi-dimensional relationship between reproductionand accumulation from all sides, which is worthy of further studying, and then applying in the practice.
