A Literature Review About Agricultural Infrastructures to Promote the Agricultural Economic Growth

基础设施与经济增长的关系一直是国内外经济学家研究的重点。随着中国农业经济的快速发展,国内外学者逐步将现有的研究范式和方法拓展到农业基础设施领域,形成丰硕的研究成果。在总结公共基础设施对经济增长作用机理的基础上,从技术、规模、结构和空间溢出效应等方面,总结农业基础设施对农业经济增长作用机理。系统梳理理论进展的意义在于,一方面为相关公共投资研究提供基础;另一方面为中国现代农业发展和粮食安全提供政策启示。从稳定农业基础设施投资流量、提高农业基础设施存量、优化农业基础设施投资结构和协调区域农业基础设施投资项目等方面提出政策启示。

The relationship between public infrastructure and economic growth has been the focus fordomestic and foreign economists studying. With the rapid development of Chinese agricultural economy, thescholars from domestic or foreign countries gradually introduce the existing research paradigm and methodsinto the field of agricultural infrastructure, and form some fruitful research results. The paper attempted tosummarize the mechanism of agricultural infrastructure promoting the agricultural on the basis of current re-search fruits, explain the agricultural economy growth from technical, scale, structure and spillover effects ofagricultural infrastructure. Through systematically sorting of these theoretical developments, on one hand, itprovided the basis for related researches; on the other hand, it also proposed important policy implicationsfor Chinese modern agricultural development and food security. Last but not the least, some suggestions forpromoting agricultural economic growth were put forward.
