摘要
针对某城市地铁车辆用制动盘运用过程中出现的磨耗量偏大问题,开发了适合该城市地铁车辆接口及运用工况的盘形制动摩擦副,并通过1:1制动动力试验及装车考核试验验证了摩擦副在结构设计及材料选型等方面均满足车辆使用及维护性要求。提出的设计思路及试验方法可为其他地铁车辆制动部件的设计开发及试验验证提供有效的指导和依据。
Aiming at the excessive wear loss of brake discs on vehicles of an urban subway during operation,a friction pair suitable for the vehicle interface and operating conditions is developed and has passed1:1 braking dynamic test and service test,which verifies that the structural design and material selection of the friction pair satisfy the requirements on their application and maintainability.The design philosophy and test methods presented in this paper offer an effective guidance and basis for the development and experimental verification of brake components for other metro vehicles.
