摘要
以批判性视角审视传统周期训练理论缺陷及其现代适用性,提出制定现代竞技运动训练计划的六个逻辑原则:以现代竞技体能训练为主轴;以身体、心理和神经疲劳为调控标杆;以竞技能力复杂性的多元要素整合训练为哲学导向;提高赛前运动表现调控训练的科学性;以多元化的训练方法和手段为调控工具;重视对运动员训练场外进行统筹管理;推动现代竞技运动训练的安全性、实效性和科学性。
From a critical point of view,this paper proposed six principles to follow in the traditional periodical sports training and analyzed its modern adaptation and development.Firstly,athletic fitness training of modern competitive sports was the center.Secondly,physical,psychological and nerve fatigue should all be adjusted.Thirdly,an integrated training with consideration of the complex elements of athletic ability should be concerned.Fourthly,scientific control of performance before the competition was important.Fifthly,varied training methods should be adopted.Lastly,management of the athlete outside the sports training fields was necessary.
