品管圈活动对降低老年患者跌倒坠床发生率的影响

Influence of QCC Activities Reducing the Incidence of Falling Out of Bed in Elderly Patients

探讨品管圈活动在降低老年患者跌倒坠床发生率中的应用效果。成立品管圈小组,确立"降低老年患者跌倒坠床发生率"为活动主题,运用PDCA循环方法,对品管圈管理应用前老年患者跌倒坠床发生情况进行现状调查,找出要因,设定目标,制定对策并实施,比较品管圈管理实施前后跌倒坠床发生情况。老年患者的跌倒坠床发生率由品管圈活动前3.83%降至品管圈活动后0.81%,P<0.05。通过品管圈活动降低了老年患者跌倒坠床的发生率,保障了患者安全;提高了圈员的护理质量管理能力,有利于发挥其创造性、主动性及积极性。

Purpose Application results and experience of QCC reducing the incidence of elderly patients falling out of bed are discussed in the paper. Method Establishing QCC team,with the theme ＂ reducing the incidence of elderly patients falling out of bed＂,and adopting the PDCA cycle method,the situation of elderly patients falling out of bed in the former QCC team is surveyed,reason finded,goals setted,countermeasures are developed and implemented. The fomer and later situations of the QCC implementation are compared. Results The incidence of elderly patients falling out of bed is reduced from 3. 83% to 0. 81%,P 0. 05,by QCC. Conclusion The incidence of elderly patients falling out of bed is reduced by QCC,to protect patient safety and improve patient satisfaction,improving the abilities of the members of QCC and promoting their creativity,initiative and enthusiasm.
