摘要
在钢铁企业面临"危""机"的新常态下,女职工工作既要努力维护女职工的合法权益和特殊利益,又要积极引导和培养女职工立足岗位建功立业;同时,关爱和帮扶女职工,给予女职工实际困难的解决,并通过各类特色活动的开展,让女职工体现价值、追求奉献,在推进企业主动适应新常态中,实现与企业的共发展。
In the new normal of corporate crises,work on female employees must strive to protect the legitimate rights and interests and special interests of female employees,and meanwhile,guide and help them find jobs and contribute. In addition,we should care about and help female employees who have real problems,and through the conduction of various activities,help them achieve their own value and when helping enterprises adapt to the new normal,grow with enterprises together.
