Crissum surgery in patients with postoperative healing quality influence factors analysis

目的:探讨肛周手术患者术后愈合质量影响因素。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年1月接受肛周手术治疗的80例肛周脓肿、肛瘘患者为研究对象,所有患者经过肛周手术治疗之后均采用金因肽和康复新液进行治疗。对肛周手术患者术后愈合质量的影响因素进行单因素分析、多元Logistic回归分析。结果:单因素分析显示,可能会影响患者愈合质量的因素包括机械刺激、术后感染、便秘及便秘史、饮食是否合理及营养和慢性全身性消耗性疾病。多元Logistic回归分析显示,影响肛周手术患者术后愈合质量的因素由大到小分别是机械刺激(OR=20.950)、术后感染(OR=1.683)、便秘及便秘史(OR=6.716)、饮食是否合理及营养(OR=2.561)和慢性全身性消耗性疾病(OR=2.808)。结论:影响肛周手术患者术后愈合质量的因素主要是机械刺激、术后感染、便秘及便秘史、饮食是否合理及营养和慢性全身性消耗性疾病。

Objective： To explore the crissum surgery patients postoperative healing quality influence factors. Methods： Selected 80 cases of crissum abscess, fistula patients from January 2013 and January 2015 in our hospital crissum surgery as the research object, and all of the patients after treatment criss um surgery adopts new liquid gold for peptide and rehabilitation treatment. Then crissum surgery patients the influence factors of the postoperative healing quality of single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results： Single factor analysis showed that factors that may affect patients with peripheral neuropathy include： mechanical stimulation, and postoperative infection, constipation and secret history, reasonable diet, nutrition and chronic wasting disease. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors on the quality of the anus week surgery in patients with postoperative healing from big to small, respectively was： mechanical stimulation（OR=20.950）, postoperative infection（OR=1.683）, constipation and secret history（OR=6.716）, reasonable diet and nutrition（OR=2.561）and chronic wasting disease（OR=2.808）.Conclusion： The factors affecting the quality of anus week surgery in patients with postoperative healing is mainly mechanical stimulation, and postoperative infection, constipation and secret history,reasonable diet, nutrition and chronic wasting disease.
