眼轴和屈光度对儿童青少年视网膜神经纤维层厚度的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨8-17岁儿童青少年近视眼视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度随屈光度、眼轴长度变化的特点,为儿童青少年青光眼的诊断提供依据。方法选取不同屈光度数儿童青少年近视患者64例104眼,应用IOL master及Cirrus HD OCT分别对64例研究对象进行眼轴及以视盘为中心、直径为3.46 mm圆周的RNFL厚度测量,分别得出各组平均、各象限、各钟点RNFL厚度,研究儿童青少年RNFL厚度与眼轴和屈光度的关系。结果S、I、1:00、5:00、6:00、12:00 RNFL厚度与眼轴和屈光度呈负相关(P〈0.05),2:00、7:00 RNFL厚度与眼轴呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论 S、I、1:00、5:00、6:00、12:00位RNFL厚度变薄,与眼轴和屈光度呈负相关。在对近视眼进行RNFL厚度测量时,发现有异常RNFL厚度变化时,应该考虑到屈光度和眼轴的影响,综合评价其临床意义,以免造成对青光眼的误诊。
