胰岛素样生长因子-1在结节性硬化症中的表达

摘要 目的探讨结节性硬化症(TSC)患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的变化及临床意义。方法 30例TSC患儿为观察组,30例性别及年龄与观察组相匹配的健康人为对照组,使用化学发光法检测两组的血清IGF-1水平。结果观察组的血清IGF-1水平为78.95(43.53,135.75)ng/m L,对照组为83.05(55.08,173.50)ng/m L,两组比较差异无统计学意义。IGF-1水平与TSC严重度积分无关。结论 TSC患者的血清IGF-1水平无明显变化,血清IGF-1可能不宜作为TSC病情评估指标或治疗靶点。
