摘要
针对秦山核电一期工程方家山核电项目常规岛2MX2AHP高压加热器运行状况,对液位测量差压变送器测量液位过程中所遇到的假液位、液位波动、启机时液位正压室无液等问题进行技术分析,建议采用导波雷达液位计替代差压变送器来进行测量。
Aiming at operating conditions of 2MX2 AHP high pressure heater at Fangjiashan nuclear power conventional island of Qinshan nuclear power project phase one,a technical analysis was conduced on false level and level fluctuations encountered during liquid level measuring process operated by differential pressure transmitter for level measurement,and on the issue of no liquid in positive pressure room when starting up,and it was recommended to use guided wave radar liquidometer to replace the differential pressure transmitter for the measurement.
