摘要
随着社会经济发展、产业结构升级以及高等教育规模的不断扩大,越来越多毕业生遇到"就业难",但是又有很多企业遇到"用工荒"现象,这种人才培养与社会需求脱节的结构性矛盾已引起了社会各界的高度重视。目前,政府部门出台了一些相关文件鼓励部分地方本科院校向应用技术型大学转型,很多高校积极响应并开展校企合作。但是,大部分高校的校企合作只是中初级层次的合作,与深层次的校企合作耦合模式还有一定的差距。首先指出目前校企深入合作遇到的问题,然后结合莆田学院工程造价专业所开展的校企合作提出了实现校企合作耦合模式的几种途径,研究成果可为地方本科院校转型发展提供参考。
With the development of social economy, the upgrading of the industrial structure and the expanding of the scale of higher education,more and more graduates encounter the situation of difficult employment. However, there are also many enterprises encounter the labor shortage. The structural contradiction the talent training being out of touch with social demand has aroused great attention from all walks of life. At present,the government departments have issued some relevant documents to encourage the transformation to universities of applied technology for some local undergraduate colleges,and many of which respond positively and carry out the cooperation with enterprises. However,most of the university-enterprise cooperation is only in the primary level of cooperation that has a certain gap with the deep level of university-enterprise cooperation of coupling model. This paper firstly points out the problems encountered in the deep level of university-enterprise cooperation at present,and then puts forward some methods to realize the coupling model of university-enterprise cooperation based on the relevant cooperation experience of the engineering cost specialty of Putian University. The research results will provide reference for the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges
