摘要
本文通过德尔菲法确定游艇产业发展的主要影响因素有扩大消费模式、专业人员培养、保障海洋安全、完善法律法规。利用层次分析法(AHP)构建游艇产业发展的结构模型,并确定各指标权重,结果表明:促进游艇产业发展的影响因素包括4个一级指标,其中"扩大消费模式"所占权重最大;二级指标有13个,其中"大力发展游艇租赁业"权值最高。根据权重大小提出相应建议,以促进我国游艇产业的快速发展。
Through the Delphi method,main influencing factors of yacht industry development are defined as：expanding consumption patterns,professional personnel training,maritime security,and improvement of laws and regulations. The article uses the analytic hierarchy process（ AHP） to construct the structure model of yacht industry development and determine index weights. The results show that the influencing factors of yacht industry development include 4 first-level indicators,with expanding consumption patterns accounting for the largest weight,and 13 second-level indicators,with developing yacht rental industry the most important.According to index weights,corresponding suggestions will be put forward so as to promote yacht industry in China.
