摘要
以双酚A型环氧甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体为主要材料,分析了乙酰苯肼和N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺2种促进固化体系在不同温度下的固化特性;实验结果表明将2种促进体系按m(乙酰苯肼):m(N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺)=1:3配合、总体用量为2%时,制备的厌氧胶在-10~30℃条件下,1 5~60 min可快速初固,破坏力矩大于30 N·m,贮存稳定性较好。
In the condition of using bisphenol A type epoxy resin dimethacrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate as the main materials, the curing characteristics of two accelerators(acetyl phenyhydrazine and N,N-dimethy toluidine) at different temperature were analyzed. The experiment results showed that when the combination ratio of acetyl phenylhydrazine and N,N-dimethy toluidine was 1 :3 by weight and the used amount was 2 %, the prepared anaerobic adhesive could quickly and preliminary cure at- 10℃~30 ℃ for 15 min~ 30 min, the failure moment of the curd was over 30 N· m, and the anaerobic adhesive storage stability was g ood.
