快固型丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备及其疲劳性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 使用丙烯酸酯橡胶、MBS树脂、附着力促进剂、阻聚剂、偶联剂以及丙烯酸酯单体等制备出双组分快固型丙烯酸酯结构胶,测定了其疲劳性能,即在τ_m=0.35τ_R的条件下,以振幅τ_a做正弦波形振动,设定频率为30 Hz疲劳循环数100万次。利用阶梯法,计算疲劳极限和标准差,并得到了S-N曲线。结果表明,根据S-N曲线外推到1 000万次的结果和测试结果基本一致。 The two-component fast curing acrylate structural adhesive was prepared with polyacrylate rubber, MBS resin, adhesion promoter, inhibitor, coupling agent and acrylic ester monomer etc, and the fatigue performance was also determined, which was measured under the follow conditions: τ _m =0.35 τ _R, sinusoidal wave vibration at τa amplitude, 30 Hz of frequency, 1 million times of fatigue cycle number. The fatigue limit and the standard deviation were calculated by the step method and the S-N curve was obtained.The results showed that the result obtained according to the S-N curve extrapolation to 10 millions and the result of the test were basically identical.
