摘要
随着PC总承包管理模式的探索与发展,工程项目综合型的物资需求对物资采购管理工作提出了更高要求。供应商管理作为物资采购的关键环节,建立一套与PC总承包管理模式相适应的完善、高效的物资供应商管理体系是顺应时代发展的一种趋势。结合天津高银117大厦项目工程管理的实际,通过论述物资供应商的引进、供应商评价体系、战略合作关系的建立以及117大厦项目物资供应商管理情况,对PC总承包管理模式下的物资供应商管理进行了研究和探讨。
With the exploration and development of the PC general contracting management model,comprehensive materials of engineering projects demand puts forward higher requirements on material purchasing management. Supplier management is the key link in the process of material purchasing. It is a trend of development to establish a set of materials supplier management system which is compatible with PC general contracting management mode and perfect and efficient. This paper studied and discussed the material supplier management of PC general contracting management by expounding how to introduce supplier and the evaluating system of supplier and the establishment of strategic cooperative relations,as well as the materials supplier management of 117 building project combining with the actual conditions of engineering management.
