摘要
校企合作是职业教育的一种培养模式,是企业参与职业教育的有效途径,对于职业教育的健康发展具有积极的推进作用。当前,职业教育在实行校企合作过程中存在着合作形式单一、质量不高以及合作深度不够等问题。企业在校企合作中处于从属地位以及校企合作对于企业的利益趋动不够是导致当前校企合作中问题存在的主要原因。通过采用"双主体"校企合作办学模式、增强企业在校企合作中的利益趋动、运用PDCA循环工作方法等策略,可以有效改进校企合作的运行质量。
The university-business cooperation is an effective model of vocational education. The participation of the business sector could promote the development of vocational education. Currently, collaboration between universities and companies has rather simple modality, low quality and depth. The major reasons lie in the fact that the enterprises are playing a subordinating role and the economic benefits are not attractive to the business sector. To improve the quality of university-business cooperation, this study proposes a "dual player"model, in which both universities and companies play important roles. A set of measures are also suggested to help enterprises better realize their economic benefits and the PDCA cycle theory is proposed as a solution.
