技术产生于需要。人们应该自觉地依照法律制度、道德约束等社会共同约定来规范自身行为。社会技术作为技术哲学的新论域,是技术哲学研究的视角拓展与深化的必然结果。将社会技术的形态尝试性地划分为实体形态的社会技术、观念形态的社会技术、程序形态的社会技术,对社会技术的结构模式做进一步的阐述,不仅更大程度地论证了社会技术的合理性,更是对社会技术的系统进行探讨性的划分和剖析。

Technology arises from needs. People should consciously regulate their behavior in accordance with social conventions, such as legal system and moralities. As a new domain of technological philosophy, social technology is an inevitable result of the expanding and deepening of the study. A tentative division of social technology into entity form, ideology form and procedure form, together with a further elaboration of the structural mode of it have not only demonstrated the rationality of social technology, but also divided and analyzed the social technological system in depth.
