摘要
目的:通过对不同分子分型的早期乳腺癌钼靶X线特征的分析,来探讨早期乳腺癌钼靶X线影像特征与乳腺癌分子分型的相关性。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的107例早期乳腺癌的钼靶X线特征性及分子分型结果。结果:107例早期乳腺癌钼靶X线检出率为86%,早期三阴型乳腺癌检出率最低。钼靶X线特征为结构扭曲者以早期Her-2过表达型多见;早期三阴型钼靶X线常表现为境界清楚的肿块而不伴钙化。结论:不同分子分型的早期乳腺癌的钼靶X线特征不尽相同,乳腺癌的钼靶影像学特征可帮助临床医师预测乳腺癌分子分型和患者的预后,有利于临床医生制定最佳的治疗方案。
Objective:To explore prediction significance of mammography performance in molecular classification of early breast cancers.Methods:A total of 107 patients with histologically confirmed early breast cancers were included for the statistical analysis.All the patients were examined by mammography and molecular classification.Results:The detection rate of mammography in 107 cases early breast cancers was 86%,the lowest detection rate was triple negative breast cancer.Her-2overexpression was characterized as structural distortions in mammography.Triple negative breast cancer usually demarcated mass without calcification in mammography.Conclusion:Different types of breast cancer have different mammographic features.Analysis of the mammographic features may help to predict the type of breast cancer and its prognosis,and to select an optimal treatment plan for patients.
