摘要
【目的】探讨蓝果忍冬果实不同发育时期内源激素含量的变化规律,为蓝果忍冬果实生长发育生理机制研究及调控提供参考依据。【方法】采用液相色谱法测定蓓蕾和长白山1号两个蓝果忍冬品种(系)果实发育过程中的玉米素(ZT)、赤霉素(GA3)、生长素(IAA)和脱落酸(ABA)含量。【结果】蓓蕾和长白山1号果实生长曲线均呈不明显双S型。盛花后6 d果实内GA3、IAA和ABA含量均处于峰值,此后随着果实的发育逐渐下降;第Ⅱ快速生长期前期和中期果实内GA3、IAA和ZT含量均出现一个小峰值,第Ⅱ快速生长期后期ABA含量出现高峰(蓓蕾为4.88μg/g FW,长白山1号为3.32μg/g FW)。两个品种(系)果实中GA3和IAA与单果重、横径的相关系数绝对值大于0.500。【结论】蓝果忍冬果实发育初期ABA含量出现小高峰可促进落花,且高含量的GA3、IAA和小高峰含量的ABA及第Ⅱ快速生长期前期高含量的GA3、IAA和ZT有利于果实快速生长,采收前高含量的ABA有利于果实成熟,可作为蓝果忍冬生产上应用生长调节剂调控果实生长发育、成熟的理论依据。
【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to investigate changes of endogenous hormone contents in fruit of Lonicwea caerulea L. at different development stages were studied, in order to provide reference for researching physiological mechanism and regulation of its growth and development. 【Method】Using Berel and Changbaishan 1 fruits as materials, the contents of zeatin(ZT), gibberellins(GA3), indole acetic acid(IAA) and abscisic acid(ABA) at different fruit development stages were determined by HPLC. 【Result】The results showed that, the fruits of Berel and Changbaishan1 presented double S-shape growth curve, and the contents of GA3, IAA and ABA were the highest on the 6thday after flower blooming, and then decreased with fruit development. Furthermore, GA3, IAA and ZT contents in fruits of Berel and Changbaishan 1 increased slightly at early and middle the second fast growth stages, showing small peak, while their ABA contents peaked at later the second fast growth stage, which were 4.88 and 3.32 μg/g FW, respectively. The absolute value of correlation coefficient between either of GA3 and IAA and either of fruit weight and transverse diameter was more than 0.500. 【Conclusion】The small peak of ABA content can promote flower falling at early development stage, and high GA3 and IAA contents, small peak of ABA content and high ZT, GA3 and IAA contents at early the second fast growth stage is conducive to fruit rapid growth of Berel and Changbaishan 1, high ABA content before harvesting is conducive to fruit ripening. Therefore, it can provide theoretical reference for using plant growth regulator to regulate growth, development and maturation in production of L. caerulea L.
