Taking cantilever stacking machine of the homogenizer in some factory for example,with the growth of running time, it gradually exposes various problems.Which maintenance is more and more frequent, high failure rate seriously affects the normal operation of the production line.Modify cantilevered stacker for the series of problems .After transforming, because of decreasing abundant components, less fault points, save the cost of component replacement ;Program transformation makes the stacker functional;Replace on components to make the equipment work more reliable and reduce the dust at site, so equipment maintenance cost reduces.
