摘要
目的:研究不同变种山萝卜形态与绿原酸含量。方法:观测不同地区变种山萝卜形态,用HPLC法测定其绿原酸含量。结果:华北山萝卜、窄叶山萝卜根茎叶花相似度较高,植物高矮区别较大,窄叶山萝卜形态跟高大,可达100cm以上,红花尔基山萝卜形态低矮,高度仅10cm左右,形态与前两者差别较大。绿原酸含量随植物形态的高矮发生变化。结论:红花尔基山萝卜可能是一个新发现变种的山萝卜。绿原酸含量除植物品种差异之外,还与植物高矮有相关性。窄叶蓝盆花是蓝盆花属药用植物中品质最好的道地蒙药材。
Objective :To study the different variants of chervil form and the content of chlorogenic acid. Meth- ods: Observation in different areas variant Scabiosa flower form, using HPLC to determine the chlorogenic acid content. Results: Scabiosa tschiliensis, Scabiosa comosa Fisch form plant height difference is bigger, with tall, Scabiosa comosa Fisch form most visible above 100 cm, Scabiosa Hongheri form low, only about 10 cm, with a greater difference between the former two. Chlorogenic acid content with plant height change of the form. Conclusion: Scabiosa Hongheri is probably a new variant. Chlorogenic acid content in addition to plant species differences, also have correlation with plant height. Scabiosa comosa Fisch is Scabiosa of medicinal plants with the best quality in Mongolian medicinal herb.
