摘要
园长是幼儿园教师队伍的带头人。研究园长胜任力,可为幼儿园园长的选拔、培养与评价提供科学的理论依据。分析已有文献中关于胜任力、教育领域胜任力和园长相关研究的成果,发现其具有如下特点:以管理心理学和组织行为学领域的工作研究为主;由开发通用型胜任力模型向职业分层集约型胜任力模型发展;学前教育领域的胜任力模型研究有待丰富,幼儿园园长的胜任力模型研究比较薄弱,研究样本小,验证不充分;胜任力模型的应用、反馈和改进的实践研究不够,等等。
Kindergarten principals are leaders of kindergarten faculty members. A study of their competence can offer scientific theoretical basis for selecting, training and evaluating kindergarten principals and make the personnel selection more scientific and objective. After analyzing the related research results of the existing literature about competency, competency in education field and kindergarten principals, we find out that it has the following features: First, research in the field of management psychology and organizational behavior is given priority to ; second, the development of general competency model converts gradually to professional hierarchy intensive competency model; Third, research in the competency model of preschool education needs increasing; Fourth, the research in competency model of kindergarten principals is weak with the samples being few and inadequate validation; Lastly, the practice study of the application , feedback and improvement of competency model is insufficient.
