Inspirations from the Course "Bibi and His friends" to Psychological Health Education for Young Children

“比比和朋友”是一项培养儿童健康情绪和社交能力的综合课程。通过考察该课程的起源、发展、内涵及成效，可得出对幼儿心理健康教育的以下启示：幼儿心理健康教育要关注幼儿的情绪健康和社会交往能力的发展，正视对幼儿的死亡教育，重视幼儿的应对能力的培养；教师应重视对幼儿的心理健康教育并树立正确的心理健康观；家长要积极配合并有意识地强化幼儿学会的应对策略。

“Bibi and his friends” is an integrated curriculum training young children＇s healthy emotional and social abilities. By investigating the origin, development, connotation and effect of the course, we can conclude the following inspirations of the infant mental health education： we should focus on the development of children＇s emotional health and social intercourse ability, face up to the death education for children, and attach importance to the cultivation of children＇s response capacity. Besides, teachers should pay much attention to children＇s psychological health education and set up the correct psychological health perspectives. Parents should actively work together and consciously strengthen the coping strategies children have learned.
