摘要
为了解高校教师心理资本、弹性商及应对方式之间的关系,为提高高校教师的心理品质提供一定的本底资料,通过采用心理资本量表、简易应对方式问卷及心理弹性商数问卷,对全国不同地区的高校进行问卷调查,结果显示:不同大学类型的教师心理资本存在显著差异,弹性商与希望维度的相关显著,积极应对方式与心理资本希望维度呈显著正相关,消极应对方式与弹性商得分之间显著正相关,积极的应对方式和希望维度均对高校教师的弹性商有预测作用。由此可以看出,高校教师心理资本水平较高,弹性商能力较低,多采取积极应对方式。
To explore the relationship among positive psychological capital, Coping Style and Resilience of College Teachers. We have conducted questionnaire surveys in different colleges from the whole country by using psychological capital questionnaire, simplified coping style questionnaire and resilience questionnaire. Results show that The score of psychological capital in different style of college was significant [17=3.71, p〈0.05].Moreover, the relationship between Resilience and hope was significant Jr= -19.193, p〈0.05].The score between negative coping style and resilience was positive correlated [r=0.36, p〈0.01], but the score between positive coping style and psychological capital showed positive correlations [r=0.235, p〈0.01], and the score of positive coping style and hope could be used in resilience's prediction. From the result above, we can see that the ability of college teachers in positive psychological capital is high, but resilience is rather low, and most of them solve problems with positive coping styles.
