In Wu Hui-ming's novel Bone, Chinese American's changing attitudes towards Chinese food culture have experienced three stages. We stated the novel Bone from the first and second generation of Chinese American deep-rooted concept of the Chinese food culture to the third and newly grown Chinese American's contradictory acceptance and rejection of Chinese traditional food culture. According to their different attitudes, the thesis analyzed the reasons why they took these attitudes. The first generation extremely recommended the Chinese food because they are homesick and like falling leaves; promoting the motherland diet and following the Chinese eating habits and etiquette leads to the faithful love for Chinese food of the second generation. The third generation accepts the Chinese diet in a contradictory way because ages are different, culture varies and they despise salmon alley in Chinatown.
