某三级甲等医院基于岗位管理的病区分类研究

The disease section classification research based on position management in a 3rd-grade A-class hospital

目的:确定病区分类的指标,探索大型综合型医院病区分类的方法。方法:制定"病区分类指标体系专家咨询问卷",采用专家论证法,确定病区分类指标,并对各项指标进行赋值,在此基础上对某三级医院的35个普通病区进行分类。结果:确立了病区分类的4项"客观指标":危重患者比例、一级护理比例、二级护理人数、平均住院日,4项"专家评议指标":患者病情严重程度、生活自理能力、护理风险系数、护理工作劳动强度;根据以上8个指标的权重赋值,将35个普通病区分为3类。结论:研究中确定的8项指标能够比较全面的体现病区实际的护理工作,科学的病区分类为护士绩效考核的改革和高效的护理管理打下了良好的基础。

Objective： To confirm the indicators of disease section classification and to explore the methods of disease section classification in large comprehensive hospitals. Methods： Established the ＂ Disease Section Classification Indicator System Experts Consultant Questionnaire＂. Adopted experts argumentation methods,confirm the disease section classification indicators,and assigned scores to each indicator,and then on the basis described above made classification of 35 general disease sections in a 3rd- grade A- class hospital. Results： Established 4 ＂ objective indicators＂ for the disease section classification：the server patient ratio,first- class nursing ratio,second- class nursing ratio and average hospital stay; 4 ＂ experts evaluation indicator＂ ： the patient＇s disease severity degree,life self- care ability,nursing risk parameter and nursing labor intensity; assigned scores to the 8 indicators according their weights and classified the 35 disease sections into 3 categories. Conclusion： The 8 indicators established by the research center can relatively comprehensively give expression to the practical nursing work in the disease sections in a relatively comprehensive way. The scientific disease section classification lays a consolidated foundation for the nurses＇ performance assessment and efficient nursing management.
