低温保存留置针对提高小儿穿刺成功率的影响

The effect of the indwelling needle preserved in low temperature in improving the pediatric puncture success rate

目的：探讨留置针在冰箱低温（2～8）℃保存对小儿静脉穿刺成功率的影响。方法：将2013年7～10月期间入院治疗先后行2次静脉留置针穿刺患儿130例,于左右手（足）穿刺静脉时,一侧血管使用低温留置针（试验组）和对侧血管使用室温（25±5）℃（对照组）留置针进行穿刺,组成配对实验,同一患儿由同一护士静脉穿刺。观察留置不同保存温度下穿刺成功率。结果：低温保存留置针的穿刺成功率较室温保存的穿刺成功率高（P〈0.05）。结论：低温保存留置针可以提高小儿静脉穿刺成功率。

Objective： To explore the effect of indwelling needle preserved in the temperature of（ 2- 8） ℃ in refrigerator in improving the pediatric puncture success rate. Methods： Selected 130 cases of pediatric patients who had underwent 2 times of the vein indwelling needle puncture in our hospital from July 2013 to October 2013. In the vein puncture of patients＇ right and left hands（ legs）,one side of the patients＇ blood vessels applied the indwelling needle preserved in low temperature（ experimental group） and the counter- side of the blood vessels applied the indwelling needle under the indoor temperature of（ 25 ± 5） ℃（ control group） in order to conduct this pairing experiment. And each pediatric patient was given vein puncture by an appointed nurse. Observed the puncture success rate of the indwelling needle preserved under different temperature. Results： The puncture success rate of the indwelling needle preserved in low temperature was higher than that in the indoor temperature（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The indwelling needle preserved in low temperature can improve the pediatric vein puncture success rate.
