摘要
服务型企业的各种经济活动不是独立于社会之外的,而是处于一种复杂的镶嵌关系之中。这种镶嵌关系包括了顾客、供应商、第三方机构以及竞争对手四种类型以及结构镶嵌、关系镶嵌、认知镶嵌三个维度。文章通过对安徽省100家不同类型服务型企业的问卷调研,分析出关系镶嵌结构对服务创新绩效存在正向的影响关系,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期促进服务型企业服务创新绩效的提升。
Service- oriented organizations’ economic activities are not conducted independently from the society. The inlaid relation contains four types: customers,providers,the third parties and competitors,and three dimensions: structural embeddedness,relational embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness. Based on the questionnaire to 100 different types of service- oriented organizations in Anhui Province,our research found the position influential relationship between the relational embeddedness configuration and service innovation performance,and offered the recommendations and strategies accordingly. The purpose of our research is to raise the efficiency of the service- oriented organizations.
