车用空调平行流冷凝器空气侧稳态流动与传热数值模拟

摘要 建立了某车用空调多元平行流冷凝器三维模型,利用CFD方法对典型工况下该冷凝器空气侧百叶窗翅片的流动和传热性能进行了数值模拟,计算结果显示数值模拟与试验测试及常用关联式的计算结果具有较好的一致性,验证了计算模型和方法的正确性,为进一步研究翅片结构参数对平行流冷凝器性能的影响及性能优化提供了理论参考。 A three-dimensional model of the parallel flow condenser for an automobile air conditioningwas set up, and the numerical simulation was carried out with CFD method to study the thermal and hy-draulic performance of air-side louvered fin. The results of CFD, experiment tests and empirical correla-tions show the feasibility of simulation model and method, also provide theoretical basis for the furtherstudy of louvered fin geometry parameter impact on the performance of parallel flow condenser.
