摘要
随着专用车市场竞争的加剧,专用车企业在寻求除产品优势外的其他竞争优势。本文中通过对东风创普及其经销商的实地访谈调查,分析了影响东风创普渠道策略的因素,结合现有的渠道策略,探讨了其渠道策略的成功和不足之处,提出了相应的渠道优化方案。
With the increasing competition in the special motor market, the special motor companies areseeking other competitive advantages along with product advantages. Based on the surveys of DongfengTrump Special Motor Company as well as its distributors, the factors affecting the channel strategy ofDongfeng Trump were analyzed, the success and deficiency of the existing channel strategy were dis-cussed, and an optimized program was proposed.
