摘要 灰树花(Grifola frondosa)属担子菌亚门,层菌纲,同担子菌亚纲,非褶菌目,多孔菌科中的一类真菌,又俗称舞茸(Maitake),在民间有较长的食、药用历史。早期的研究证实,从灰树花中萃取的灰树花多糖,核心成分由具有β-(1-3)侧链的β-(1-6)葡聚糖和具有β-(1-6)侧链的β-(1-3)葡聚糖组成,是包含有葡聚糖、
