急性肾损伤的早期诊断与治疗 被引量:6

摘要 急性肾损伤(acutekidney injury,AKI)是一组由多病因导致的、涉及多学科的临床常见危重症,其病死率高达74.5%,每年全球有200万人死于AKI,而存活的AKI患者发展成为慢性肾脏病的风险较正常人群明显升高,如能早期诊断治疗,可使80%以上的AKI发生可逆性进展,直接改善预后。本文针对AKI的早期诊断及治疗研究近况进行阐述。
