地奥司明联合麝香痔疮膏治疗肛肠病112例

The Effective Analysis of Combination Treatment of Diosmin and Musk Cream on 112 Cases with Anorectal Disease

目的:探讨地奥司明联合麝香痔疮膏治疗肛肠病的效果,分析其对疼痛和生活质量影响。方法:选取112例肛肠病患者,依据中心随机双盲平行对照法将其分为联合组与对照组各56例,对照组用地奥司明治疗,联合组地奥司明与麝香肛肠病膏联用,对两组疗效、疼痛状况及生活状况进行观察。结果:联合组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为94.6%、71.4%(P<0.05);联合组治疗前与治疗后VAS评分分别为(6.4±1.4)分和(2.1±0.5)分,对照组治疗前与治疗后VAS评分分别为(6.3±1.5)分和(3.5±0.7)分,两组VAS评分较治疗前均下降,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组、对照组生活质量ADL评分分别为(89.4±7.3)分、(72.6±5.9)分(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地奥司明与麝香痔疮膏联合治疗肛肠病效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,提高其生活质量。

Objective quality in patients with anorectal disease.MethodsOne huandred and twelve patients with anorectal diseasewere selected and divided into a combination group of Diosmin and Musk cream and a control group of Diosminonly according to the center,randomized,double blind,parallel controlled method.Fifty six patients were ineach group.The curative effect,pain status and living conditions were analysized.ResultsThe total efficien-were 94.6%,71.4%（P〈0.05）,respectively.TheVAS scores before and after treatment in the com-bined group were（6.4±1.4）and（2.1±0.5）,respective-ly,while the ones before and after treatment in the control group were（6.3±1.5）and（3.5±0.7）,repctively.TheVAS scores before treatment in both groups were decreased,and differnce was statistically significant（P〈0.05）The life quality by the analysis of ADL scores were 89.4±7.3 and 72.6±5.9,respectively（P〈0.05）.The inci-dence of adverse reactions was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThecombination of Diosmin and musk cream for the treatment of anorectal disease showed very significant effects onreducing pain and improving the quality of life.
