A lot of opportunities and reasons cause the prosperity of American public welfare and philanthropy,one of which is ethical.The United States pays attention to cultivate advanced concept of public welfare ethics and vigorously promotes the institutionalization and practice of it.To China＇s public welfare ethics which is still in＂infancy＂,we need to draw lessons from the experience of the United State,strengthen popularization and propaganda work of the modern public welfare ethics,enhance its institutionalization,specialization,popularization practice and vigorously promote public welfare for community.
