党的十八大政治报告中指出要"牢牢把握加强党的执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设这条主线"。高校学生党员队伍建设是高校党建基础工程。高校要进一步加强学生党员发展和教育管理工作,着力构建长效性的"教育机制"、严格化的"准入机制"、多形式的"评价机制"、全过程的"警示、督导及退出机制"等"四位一体"高校学生党员纯洁性建设体系,确保高校学生党员始终保持党的先进性与纯洁性。

The political report of the 18 th convention of the CPC holds that we should firmly strength the administrative ability and keep advanced nature and purity,which is the mainline of work.The CPC member construction is the foundation of party construction in colleges.Colleges and universities should further strengthen the development and education of student party members,focusing on building long-term educational mechanism,strict access mechanism,multiple forms of evaluation mechanism and the whole process of ＂warning,supervising and exiting mechanism＂ This can maintain the party＇s advanced nature and purity.
