论民办高校民主党派基层组织建设的现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Grass-roots Organizations Building of Democratic Parties in Private Colleges

随着民办高校的发展,民办高校民主党派基层组织建设不断加强,民主党派成员在民办高校的改革和发展中充当着越来越重要的角色。加强民办高校民主党派基层组织建设,已成为加快民办高校发展的"助力器"和"智囊团"。本文阐明了搞好民办高校民主党派基层组织建设的重要意义,同时也分析了目前民办高校民主党派基层组织建设中所存在的问题,并提出解决措施。

With the development of private colleges,the construction of democratic parties＇ grass-root organizations has been being strengthened.The party members are playing a more and more important role in the reforming and development of private colleges.Strengthen the building of grass root organization of the democratic parties in private colleges has become the＂booster＂and ＂think-tank＂.This paper analyzed the important meaning of this work and pointed out the present problems of this regard,meanwhile,the countermeasures are also provided.
