摘要
采用UG三维软件对摩托车车轮及其模具进行了造型,然后利用华铸CAE铸造模拟软件对铸件的原始工艺方案的充型过程、凝固过程进行了模拟,针对缺陷(缩孔缩松)产生的位置,从产品、模具方面对工艺方案进行了设计改进,并完成了第二次模拟分析。在理论上确定解决了该缺陷后进行了现场的小批量试制。结果表明,改进后的工艺方案在实际生产中作用显著,成功的解决了缩孔缩松缺陷,提高了下机合格率,为企业带来了良好的经济效益。
To shape the motorcycle wheel and its module with UG software and then to simulate the filling and solidification processes of in the original process of the foundry parts with CAE foundry simulation software. The improvement to the design of the technologies for product and module for the (defected) shrinkage position is conducted. And the second simulation is completed. The small batch of production is conducted And the small batch of trial production is conducted after the confirmation of the defects. The results show that the revised design program can play important role in the real production. It successfully removes the defects of the products and improves the qualified rate for enterprise to bring the good economic benefits.
