摘要
聚乙烯作为一种广泛应用的通用树脂类产品,其产量和消费量迅速增长,但生产过程中的高能耗和高污染所造成的环境和社会成本日益显著。将聚乙烯生产成本分为内部成本、外部成本2个单元,建立了1套聚乙烯生产生命周期成本计算模型。实证结果表明,20万t产能聚乙烯生产装置的生产生命周期成本为18.80亿RMB,单位成本为9400RMB/t;内部成本中,原材料采购费用最高,约占总费用的59%;外部成本中,原油开采费用最高,约占总费用的45%;内部关键成本点是原材料采购,外部关键成本点是原油开采、乙烯生产和聚乙烯生产。该模型能够快速有效地计算聚乙烯生产生命周期成本,可用于相关企业节能降耗的计算。
The production and consumption of polyethylene,the widly used resin product,are rapidly growing.But the surge of environmental and social costs caused by high energy consumption and pollution during its production process is increasingly significant.The life cycle cost assessment model of the whole cost involving internal cost and external cost was set up,which could be signification in life cycle cost assessment.The case study results showed that the life cycle cost of polyethylene plant with annual production capacity of 20×10^4 t was 1.88 billion RMB,and the unit cost was 9400 RMB/t.The cost of material purchase was the highest one,about 59% of the internal cost,while the majority of the external cost was the cost of crude oil exploitation,about45%.The internal key cost was material purchase,and the external key cost included the crude oil exploitation,ethylene production and polyethylene production.This model could be used to quickly and efficiently implement life cycle cost of polyethylene plant,supported for the energy saving of related enterprises.
