摘要
为提高研究生的综合素质,我校在本科生"微生物学"教学中探索了以创新实践为主要内容的教学改革,其中"教师—研究生—创新小组"三级交互的教学模式是以研究生为中心和纽带的交互式技能训练,是创新实践的关键。研究生以其积累的微生物学知识、掌握的实验技能和正在进行的研究项目,承担本科生创新实践"指导者"角色,结果证实这一模式对本科生科学思维的形成、实验技能的提高以及创新意识的培养等都有重要的作用,是研究生助教模式的创新探索,也是提高研究生综合素质的重要途径。
For the purpose to enhance comprehensive quality of graduates, a model on teaching assistant was developed based on innovation practice of the college students. Among this, a three-way interaction training, that is, teachers, graduates, and undergraduates, was the key step of the program. During the implementation of the innovation practice, graduate student plays as a link between teachers and undergraduates. Based on their accumulation on knowledge, skills and research subject of microbiology that they doing, graduates plays a real role as subject-directors for undergraduates. The results indicated that this is helpful for thinking-way formation, skills improvement, and the innovatory consciousness development of the undergraduates. And this is a useful way for quality education for the graduate and undergraduates.
