摘要
为提高学生学习的积极性并更好地将微生物学基本技能与科研和生产实践接轨,将应用性、趣味性兼顾的小型科研课题融入教学过程来加深学生对微生物学基本技能的理解,并提高学习的兴趣。通过自选课题的创新性、实验设计的严谨性及结果分析的全面性对学生的综合素质进行评价。这些改革为提高学生对基础微生物学实验的兴趣,加深学生对基础实验技能的认识,同时也为筛选真正对微生物学具有浓厚兴趣的优秀学生做出了有意义的探索。
In order to stimulate the interest of students in this course and associate these fundamental microbiological skills to the scientific research and practice, a novel teaching model involved in practical and interesting projects putting forward by students is proposed. The integration of these projects in the fundamental experiment course deepened the understanding of these microbiological techniques and stimulated the interest of students in this course. The criteria for the evaluation of the students include the creativity of the project, stringency of the experiment setup and comprehensiveness of the discussion. These arrangements are proved to be some meaningful explorations to accomplish the above goals and also a kind of measure to select out students who is indeed interested in Microbiology.
