摘要
借助非线性有限元软件,对不同套箍率、不同长径比的圆中空夹层钢管聚氨酯复合(PFDSST)构件进行了有限元数值模拟,在对数值模拟结果分析的基础上,归纳了套箍率和长径比对夹层复合管稳定性能、延性和轴压力学性能的影响,并较为深入地揭示了钢-聚氨酯复合管在轴向荷载作用下的工作过程,为钢-聚氨酯夹层复合管的设计奠定了一定的理论基础。
Based on the nonlinear finite element software,the mechanical properties of polyurethane filled double skin steel tubular( PFDSST) members with different hoop coefficients and slenderness ratios under axial compression were studied by nonlinear finite element software. On the basis of the researches on the numerical simulation results,this paper summarized the influences on stability,ductility and properties of axial compression of the PFDSST members,and then the working processes of the PFDSST members were revealed deeply,in order to lay the theoretical basis for the design of the PFDSST members.
