摘要
从科技期刊青年编辑自身出发,提出其自我进阶的3个主要步骤:培养兴趣,主动学习的"入门级";加强实践,注重积累的"实战级";深入思考,善于总结的"高手级"。由此,不断提高自身的综合素质,实现青年编辑的完美蜕变。
From the perspective of self-development for young editors in sci-tech journals,three self-advancing steps are proposed as follows： 1） developing interest and initiative learning in the elementary level; 2） more practice and accumulation in the intermediate level; and 3） profound thinking and making summaries in the proficient level. In this way,young editors will achieve a beautiful transformation by improving their multiple qualities.
