摘要
农业农村经济发展需要农业技术人才发挥核心骨干作用。该文对当前龙岩市永定区农业技术人才队伍建设的现状及存在的问题进行调查分析,并提出促进其发展的对策思路。
Agricultural and rural economic development based on core function from agricultural technical talents. In this paper,status and existing problems of agricultural technical talent team construction in Yongding District Longyan City were investigated and analyzed. Some ideas and countermeasures were also proposed.
