摘要
针对崔木煤矿顶板富含水特厚煤层综放工作面频繁发生大面积切顶压架事故的问题,通过分析工作面矿压数据,得出发生压架的原因,并提出了防治对策。研究结果表明:崔木煤矿302综放工作面发生大面积压架原因主要为:1302综放工作面支护强度较小;2302工作面支架支护效率较低,主要包括实际初撑力仅为额定值的33%,安全阀开启压力仅为设计值的75%87%,不均衡系数为17%43%;3顶板水不仅降低岩石抗压强度,而且降低岩块间的摩擦因数,导致顶板发生结构失稳的可能性增加24%;通过采取划分危险区域、提高支架支护强度、提前预警、合理采放工艺、保证支架工作状态技术措施后,解决了崔木煤矿压架问题。
According to the problem of a large area roof cutting powered support jammed accident frequently occurred in a fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in ultra thick seam with a watery roof of Cuimu Mine,with the analysis on the mine pressure data of the coal mining face,the causes of the powered support jammed were obtained and the prevention and control countermeasures were provided. The study results showed that the causes of the large area powered supports jammed occurred in No. 302 fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in Cuimu Mine mainly were that 1 the support strength of No. 302 fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face was low,2 the support efficiency of No. 302 fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face was low,mainly the actual setting load was 33% of the rated value only,the released pressure of the safety valve was 75% 87% of the designed value only and the unbalanced coefficient was 17% 43%,3 the roof water would not only reduce the compressive strength of the rock,but would reduce the friction coefficient between the rock lumps and the possibility of the structure stability lost occurred in the roof would add 24%. After the danger area division conducted,the support strength improved of the powered supports,pre-warning,rational coal caving and mining technique and the technical measures to ensure the working status of the powered support,the powered support jammed problems were solved in Cuimu Mine.
