摘要
以五彩湾高钠煤为研究对象,考察了调湿后煤中钠在不同微波处理条件下的脱除效果,并利用微波消解仪和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)分析了煤中的钠含量。同时还与水热脱钠方式进行了综合比较。研究结果表明:微波加热具有较高的升温速率,有利于快速脱除煤中水分,从而有效带出煤中的水溶钠。在微波场中,煤颗粒粒径对煤中钠的脱除影响较大。随着微波功率的提高,煤中钠的析出量增加。微波辐射10 min后,煤中大部分水溶钠已析出。与水热脱钠方式相比,调湿后微波脱钠更安全、经济和高效。
The microwave treatment was used to remove sodium from Wucaiwang high sodium coal under different conditions.The sodium content of the coal samples were determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry( ICP-OES). In addition,the microwave treatment and the hydro-thermal treatment were compared. The results show that the high heating rate of microwave contributes to the emission of the water soluble sodium contained in the coal. The particle size of coal and the microwave power have great influence on the sodium removal in the microwave field. After 10 minutes of microwave radiation,most of the water soluble sodium from the coal has been removed. Compared with the hydro-thermal treatment,the microwave treatment is safer,more efficient and economic.
