摘要
参照燃煤电厂锅炉烟气中CO2气体的含量比例,在试验气流中加入一定量的CO2气体,利用热态飞灰磨损试验台进行温度在250~500℃范围内电厂常用金属材料20碳钢、12Cr1MoV合金钢及15CrMo合金钢的耐冲蚀磨损性能的试验研究。试验结果表明:在试验温度范围内3种材料的相对磨损量保持了随温度的升高先减小后增大的热态磨损特性。同时,加入CO2气流后3种金属材料的冲蚀磨损量均明显大于只含压缩空气环境下的相对磨损量,CO2气体会加速金属的冲蚀磨损;其中12Crl MoV耐磨性能好于15CrMo,15CrMo耐磨性能好于20碳钢。
The hot-state erosion-wear experiments of 20 carbon steel,12Cr1MoV and 15 CrMo alloy steel,which are commonly used in power boilers,were conducted at a temperature range of 250 ℃ ~ 500 ℃ and with the air-flow mixed with CO_2. The experimental results of all three kinds of materials under study show that the relative erosion rate decreases first and then increases as the temperature rises. Under the interaction between the oxidation corrosion and erosion,the injection of air-flow containing CO_2 gas significantly accelerates the erosion wear in 20 carbon steel,12Cr1MoV and 15 CrMo alloy steel. The erosion resistant performance of 12Cr1MoV is better than 15 CrMo,and 15 CrMoo is better than 20 carbon steel.
