摘要
阐述了车辆质量、前部刚度、几何特性3个因素对碰撞相容性的影响,并针对某城市多用途汽车(SUV)和某轿车正面碰撞的仿真验证了这3个因素对100%正面碰撞相容性的影响。基于前部刚度和几何特性2个方面提出优化方案。优化后降低了SUV对轿车的攻击性,改善了轿车乘员的生存空间,提高了两车的正面碰撞相容性。同时,优化后的车辆自身与刚性壁障正面碰撞的仿真结果表明:为了提高相容性而对两车的改进不会明显降低其自身安全性。
This paper briefly described the influence of three factors: mass,front stiffness and geometric characteristics of a vehicle on crash compatibility,and a simulation for a certain urban utility vehicles( SUV) and head-on collision of a certain passenger car was used to verify the influence of these three factors for 100% frontal crash compatibility. Then a optimization was performed based on front stiffness and geometric properties,which reduced the aggressivity of SUV to car and improved the car occupant living space,and enhanced the frontal crash compatibility of the two vehicles. At the same time,the results of the simulation of the vehicle itself to the rigid wall collision show that improvement of the two vehicles will not significantly reduce its own security in order to improve the compatibility.
