油酸甲酯对正十六烷清净性的影响

摘要 在正十六烷中加入不同比例的油酸甲酯,采用变温定时成漆板模拟实验,研究油酸甲酯对正十六烷清净性的影响。结果表明:油酸甲酯较矿物柴油自身更易氧化,且明显加速了正十六烷的氧化变质,使得正十六烷清净性变差;5%的油酸甲酯对正十六烷的清净性影响最大,在230℃下,于4 h出现明显拐点。由此判断,正十六烷的结焦温度点在230℃。 Different contents of methyl oleate were incorporated into n-Hexadecane,using coking test with variable temperature and timing research detergency,the effect of methyl oleate to n-Hexadecane was researched. The results indicate that compared with petrodiesel,due to easy self-oxidation,the methyl oleate could promote the n-hexadecane degradation,leading to worse detergency,and 5% of methyl oleate has the biggest influence on n-hexadecane degradation. Less than 230 ℃,judging from nhexadecane obviously shows a turning point in 4 h,and n-hexadecane coking temperature is 230 ℃.
