吸油香蕉纤维/聚乳酸气凝胶制备及其吸油性能

摘要 以香蕉纤维为基础原料,使用接枝共聚法制得吸油香蕉纤维。利用离子液体做溶剂体系,加入聚乳酸(PLA)做增强剂,通过溶胶-凝胶和冷冻干燥制备吸油香蕉纤维/PLA气凝胶。把该气凝胶浸泡在柴油中,研究其吸油性能。通过扫描电镜(SEM)证实了吸油香蕉纤维表面层的存在,采用红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等方法对产物进行了表征。结果表明:气凝胶的比表面积为16.4 m2/g,平均孔径16.55nm,为介孔材料;吸油香蕉纤维/PLA气凝胶吸柴油的效果良好。 The oil-absorbent using banana fiber was prepared by suspension graft copol-ymerization using banana fiber as the basic raw material. Using the ionic liquid as the solvent system,polylactic acid(PLA)as the reinforcement,the banana fiber/PLA aerogel composites were prepared by sol-gel method and freeze drying.The aerogel was immersed in the oil to investigate its oil absorption ability.The existence of a surface layer of oil absorption fiber was confirmed by SEM,and the aerogel composites were characterized by FTIR,DSC,et al.The results show that specific surface area of banana fiber/PLA aerogel composites is 16.4 m2/g,and average pore diameter is 16.55 nm,indicating that it is mi-croporous materials.The aerogel composites have excellent oil absorptionability.
