摘要
用密炼机混合均匀含有聚右旋乳酸(PDLA)的聚乳酸(PLA)材料,采用旋转流变仪研究其原位生成的PLA立构复合物(SC)晶体与剪切协同对PLA结晶性能的影响,并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果对比。结果表明:当剪切速率为5.00s-1时,SC晶体含量越高,结晶速率越快,且SC晶体比剪切成核效果好,而后期晶体生长剪切促进作用优于SC晶体的。
The synergetic effects of the in-situ formed stereocomplex(SC) crystals and shear on the cryatallization properties of poly(lactic acid)(PLA)were studied by rotational rheometer,mixing poly(D-lactide)(PDLA)and PLA by the internal mixer,and combining with the results of scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results show that the crys-tallization rate is fastest at the shear rate of 5.00 s-1 with higher content of SC crystals. In addition,the nucleation effect of SC crystals is better than shear flow for PLA,how-ever,chain segments are more sensitive to shear flow than to SC crystals during crystal growth.
